-            Overall responsible for a successful Polysilicon portion startup in Polysilicon Project from design up to implementation.

-            Work closely with R&D organization for successful completion and implementation of the entire Polysilicon project.

Knowledge
Candidate must have broad technology expertise in the specialty chemical manufacturing industry or silicon material industry. He/She has to uses skills to contribute in the development of company objectives and principles to achieve goals in creative and effective ways. Expert in the field and uses concepts in developing resolutions to critical issues and broad design matters

Qualifications

-            Ph.D. preferred with about 5 years of experience in process development is a plus;

-            Project evaluation and process support experience (very strong technical capability theory & hands-on);

-            Chemical Engineering or Material Science Engineering degree, knowledge in polysilicon processing is a plus;

-            Strong command of both spoken & written English;

-            Must have strong problem solving skills, innovation and creativity;

-            Computer skill required, including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and related;

-            Able to work under short deadlines and stressful situations;

-            Flexible and adaptable to changing requirements and circumstances.

-            Strong team work spirit;

-            Good coordination and communication skills.
