Job Description:
1. General administration support, including itinerary management, travel bookings, meeting room bookings and calendar / schedule management
2. Translate documentation as required
3. Provide administrative support to external and international visitors including travel, accommodation, taxi bookings and translation
4. Prepare invoices and expense reports monthly as and when required
5. Responsible for the arrangement of department event and conference according needs
6. Ensure that good communications and working relationships are maintained with other departments or other Honeywell companies.
7. Co-ordination and scheduling of leadership meetings – room bookings, equipment / projector bookings, and other amenities.
8. Participate in relevant meeting, responsible for the preparation of minutes and follow-up its implementation and feedback, prepare for presentations and reports in order to facilitate and distribute information.
9. Ensure effective administrative support in the department
10. Manage files and documents and provide materials in order to ensure the proper administration of confidential files.
11. Track the progress of various assignments; take necessary steps to keep assignments going on
