Educations:

# Master Degrees in Communication/ Computer Science / Electronics / Informat
ion/ Electrical 

/ Automation and Control Engineering, or other relevant areas.

 

Technical Qualifications:

#  Experienced in software development with good command of C, C++ programmi
ng;

#  Be familiar with Multimedia and network programming

#  Experienced in software developing under RTOS/Linux/windows environment, 
with deep und

erstanding of RTOS/Linux kernel a big plus;

#  Good team-work spirit and open-minded personality

# One or more of following experience is plus:

  Familiar with softswitch architecture

  Experienced in softswitch protocols and protocol stacks, such as RTP, RTCP
, RSTP, RSVP, SIP, Megaco, H.323, etc. 

  Experienced in Voice over IP and vedio over IP, ie, G.711, G.723.1, G.729,
 H.263+, H.261, MPEG2/4. 

  Experienced in media control protocols, such as MGCP, H.248, SIP,etc. 

  Experienced in network Ethernet and Route technologies, such as Lanswitch,
 IP protocol, Route protocols, etc.

  Experienced in call application protocols, such as ISUP, Q.931, SIP, etc.

1 software developing under RTOS/Linux environment

2 softswitch core network developing
