试译内容: The"due diligence" with which the object of a contract is examined when buying or selling companies or units extends to much more than simply working through a standard check list when strategic due diligence comes into play: we produce the business model from a financial standpoint and identify the main drivers of potential and risk in the fundamental evaluation. During negotiations surrounding the purchase we can then assign"price tags" to uncertainties and give the new owner more clarity regarding the opportunity/risk profile. Finally, we issue a fairness opinion by which the quality of our opinion can be judged.
