Position: System Software Engineer (Sales/Logistics/Inventory)

Department: IT

Job Description:
SureAuto is seeking 2 highly motivated System Software Engineers for corporate system business application development role. The position is responsible for developing and supporting applications (Sales/Logistics/Inventory) created by SureAuto and developed in state of the art environment. Applications are both web- and client-based, and will include large third-party installations. Programmers design, develop, test, support, and maintain the Application Systems software used by SureAutos daily business.

The successful candidate will be able to efficiently use structured analysis and design methodologies to create detailed specifications and complex software; diagnose and correct program defects in complex objects or modules including user interface changes, data load routines, core process modifications, interactive reporting and system interfaces.

Works with external vendors to identify, select, and procure technology solutions (supporting software modules) that meet the unique needs of our business.

Qualifications:
- Engineering or related Degree and two or more years of full life-cycle applications development experience.
- Experience in database design and modeling, SQL
- Ability to program system level software
- Visual Studio .NET (( and/or C#))
- C/C++
- Data Transformation Services is preferred but not required
- Web Development (ASP, )
- XML, XSL, and Web services
- UNIX scripting
- Experience working with external vendors to select computer hardware for developing overall system solutions.
