Canadian Asia Pacific Education and Cultural Center Ltd. (CAPCEC) was established on May 2000 in B.C., Canada. It is the only company, which is specialized in recruiting Chinese international student and various skills of workers for Canada, in China. Having a well established reputation in Canada, CAPCEC owns Guangzhou Shi Jin Sheng Consulting Co., Ltd. and Front English Training Institute in Guangzhou, China. While Jin Sheng Consulting Co. has been providing services of immigration consulting, including student and work permits, Front English Training School is doing professional training and executive search to Chinese nationals to support Jin Sheng’s recruiting in student and labor. Both companies are registered in the Ministry of Public Security of China as an entry & exit intermediary consulting organization with a RMB 1.3 million bonds and the Guangzhou Education Authority.
