岗位职责
系统支持工程师负责监控信息系统的日常监控，及时处理系统运行的一般故障，遇到复杂问题，需要及时通知相关系统支持人员，并追踪其解决过程。
Production System Support Engineer is responsible for daily monitoring of the information system, resolving the general issue of the system operation. When the complex problem occurs, he/she needs to dispatch the problem to the relevant level 2 IT support and track the process of the resolution.
素质要求
1. 大专以上，自动化控制或计算机等相关专业/Junior College Graduation or above major in Automation or Computer Science.
2. 具备必要的计算机软硬件知识/Necessary hardware and software knowledge:
>数据库：了解SQL SERVER/ORACLE的操作及日常维护
Database:Understand operation and daily maintenance of SQL SERVER/ORACLE
>OS: 了解WIN2000，UNIX（AIX/HP）/OS:Understand WIN2000,UNIX(AIX,HP)
>高级语言：会使用一种以上的高级语言/Programming: Be able to use at least one kind of programming language
">网络：了解网络的各种协议，设备，能对网络故障进行简单的排故；
Network: Understand network protocols and network devices. Be able to do the simple network trouble-shooting. "
>硬件：能对计算机硬件进行简单的维修/Hardware: Be able to do the simple maintenance of computer hardware.
3.具备一定自动化方面的知识，了解PLC，HMI工具等，可以对自动控制硬件（传感器等）进行简单的维护。
Have automation knowledge, understand PLC and HMI tools. Be able to do the simple maintenance for the automation hardware such as sensor etc,
4. 具备一定的英语能力，能独立阅读英语资料，与外方进行简单的口语交流。
English capability: can read english documentation independently, simple oral communcation with foreigner."
5.可以适应三班工作/Be able to work with 3-shifts.
