Position: Accountant Assistant: 1

Main responsibility:

1.      Responsible for AP transaction

2.      Auditing the daily Syspro entries done by other departments  

3.      Inventory control

4.      Inventory cycle counts and reconciliation

5.      Auditing of manufactured inventory as well as the material issued that go along with the inventory receipts.

6.      Help with ad-hoc issue such as bookkeeping, filing financial documents, binding account voucher books etc

Requirement:

1.      Major in accounting, bachelor degree is a plus

2.      Excellent communication skill both in Chinese and English

3.      Experience in similar role in MNCs is a plus

4.      Good PC skill on MS office, Access and ERP experience

5.      Good personality, willing to learn, team work spirit

6.      Can work under pressure, willing to face challenges

7.      Good at details is a must

Position: Purchase: 1

Main responsibility:                  

1.      Sourcing Glocal and Location supplier.

2.      ERP Input.

3.      Collecting paper Documents.

Requirements：

1.      Female.

2.      Educate from junior college, majors in international trade

Customer Service: 1

Responsibilities：

1.    Receive order from Customers

2.    Production information analysis

Requirements:

1.    Female, with University degree. Less than 30 years old.

2.    Familiar with office software

3.    fluent in English
