Description:
IBM CSDL DB2 for z/OS RDS development team are working together with worldwide for developing DB2 for z/OS client tools. DB2 for z/OS is one of the most important members of DB2 family, running on IBM mainframe platform(OS390 & z/OS). Now, 90% of the fortune 500 companies in the world are using DB2 for z/OS. In China, the Big Four Banks are using DB2 for z/OS, plus some biggest steel and automobile factories.
We have several vacancies for interns to do Deverlper/QA work for the DB2 for z/OS client tools.
Responsibility: Developing/Testing DB2 for z/OS tools.
--Study the related technologies in the project.
--Develop some functions of tools with Java
--Test the new functions of tools and implement the automation test with RFT(Rational Functional Tester)
Requirements:
--Master of computer science and application or related subjects
--Can work in full time for at least more than 6 months since Mar.17th 2008
--Excellent Java/Database skill
--Good English
--Knowledge of DB2 or Mainframe is plus.
--Knowledge of Rational testing tools is plus.
--Good team-work and communication
--High ownership, self-driven.
