职位1: Enterprise Engineer
工作地点: CN-Beijing

工作职责：
Be responsible for providing End to End engineering design/solutions for Enterprise product and network. Working with Marketing, PM, I&C and NTS team, as well as Nortel Core Engineering experts to provide professional engineering service to meet customer’s requirements in Enterprise, Telecommunication, Security and other related areas.

Key Accountabilities of Position
- Equipment ordering
- Customer information collection and technical support
- Network design and related data filling
- Professional engineering document development
- Basic troubleshooting and problem solving
- System commissioning and integration support
- Project technical risk analysis

Requirement:
- Deep familiar with IP knowledge, telecommunication knowledge also preferred
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills in English
- Eager to lean new technology
- Effective communication skill, Strong team work spirits
- Willing to take responsibility

职位2: Professional Technical Project Manager for ES

Major Activities within 2 Years Period :
4 roles rotation with GCGO, as PM/CSAM, ENG, SD, GNTS

Primary Role/ Responsibilities:
1) Learn and understand Nortel’s Process and Product
2) Focus on Nortel new product, especially on enterprise
3) Interface with customer, multiple vendors & contractors and functional groups within Nortel.
4) Collaborate and team with peers to meet customer commitments
5) Communicate effectively with internal and external customers
6) Take fully responsibility and be accountable for the end to end delivery of multiple projects.

Requirements:
• Willing to learn
- Show the potential capability on managing successful completion of projects by coordinating activities to meet end user requirements.
- Have the knowledge and sense to coordinate resources, establish priorities, monitor project status and report progress of project
• Recognized degree qualification in electronics / communications / computer or equivalent.
• Good IP knowledge
- PMP Certified - Preferred
• Knowledge in project management of telecoms or IP networks (Multi-product is preferred)
- Interesting on project management
- Strong interpersonal, leadership and influencing skills
- Fluent level written and spoken
