General Requirements:
l Strong analytical skills, solid background in math and/or physics.
l Willing to learn and explore new technologies.
l Self-initiative and ability to work in a team.
l Desired but not required: strong C/C++ programming skills; knowledge in optics, computational mathematics, computational physics, semiconductor manufacturing technology, VLSI design.
l Minimum Bachelor degree, preferably MS, in any engineering or science field, e.g. mathematics, physics, EE, computer engineering, computer science.
Job BC-001, Algorithm Engineer(算法工程师)
Roles /Responsibilities:
l Take part in new products R&D and quality assurance
l Evaluate companys products and provide the evaluation reports according to customers requirement
l Support global customers, help customers to use companys products effectively.
Job requirements:
l Basic knowledge of software engineering and computer programming
l Detail orientated work habit
l Team player
l Excellent communication skills in English, both writing and speaking
l Solid training and knowledge base in mathematics and physics
Desired but not required:
l Familiarity with UNIX environment, C/C++, scripting languages, databases
l Familiarity and experience with computer systems and computer networks
l Knowledge in semiconductor lithography, semiconductor manufacturing, and IC design
Job BC- 002, Product Engineer(产品工程师)
Roles /Responsibilities:
l Modeling and computational algorithms development for semiconductor lithography simulation products.
l Algorithm and recipe development for optical proximity correction products.
l Technical support of our products for customers all over the world.
Job requirements:
l Proficiency in C/C++ programming.
l Strong analytical skills and high creativity
l Solid background in mathematics and/or physics
l Detail orientated work habit
l Team player
Desired but not required:
l Proficiency in code optimization.
l Knowledge of advanced engineering mathematics, numerical algorithms, computer graphics, computational geometry, image and signal processing, statistics, optimization algorithms, optical imaging theory, lithography modeling, etc.
l Familiarity with UNIX environment, scripting languages
l Knowledge in semiconductor lithography and IC design
Job BC-003, Application Software Engineer(应用软件工程师)
Roles and Responsibilities:
l General application software development, such as GUI, script, system management
Job requirements:
l Proficiency in C/C++ programming
l Enjoy computer software programming as a profession
l Team player
l Able to carry out technical communication in English
Desired but not required:
l Familiarity with UNIX/Linux or Windows environments.
l Familiarity with Scripting languages (sh, perl, lua, etc.)
l Database skills
l Knowledge in semiconductor lithography and IC design
Job BC-004, Software Quality Assurance Engineer(产品质量工程师)
Roles and Responsibilities:
l Play a major role to improve quality, functionality, reliability and usability of company products, create/maintain processes for whole development, and execute audit/inspection.
l Design and develop comprehensive test plan with systematic QA methodology.
l Be creative and thorough in test case execution and reporting.
