Mediterranean Shipping Co. S.A of Geneva, currently ranked 2nd amongst the top carriers in the world, is expanding her Asia Regional Office in Singapore.

To meet corporate objectives and growth, MSC Asia Regional Office has vacancies for the following position:

ACCOUNTS SHIPPING OFFICER

Responsibilities include :-

Freight accounting and manifest reconciliation for headquarter
Auditing disbursement accounts submitted by our asia agents
Liaising with local/overseas on any irregularities arise from audit
Processing of payment and reconciliation of various accounts statement and performing other general accounting / tax function
To handle ad-hoc projects assigned.

Pre-requisites :-

Degree/Diploma holder and fresh graduates are welcome
Merticulous, self-driven and independent to work under pressure to meet deadlines
Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel and Access)
Must be prepared to learn new system applications
Strong analytical, good interpersonal and communication skills
A team player and able to work under pressure to meet deadline
Good organizational skills with positive attitude.
Possess the abilities to look beyond numbers with attention to details
Added advantage if candidate possess language skills in Thai, Korean or Japanese
With or without accounting knowledge, on-job training will be provided

Appropriate training will be provided to supplement and enhance the individuals ability to perform in the above responsibilities.
