Job Responsibility:
-Cope with sales team in executing customer service, eg: orders & deliveries, in quiries, customer complaints, returns & claims ect.
-Set up and maintain customer information & profiles;
-Set up and maintain sales team’s filing system;
-Coordinate, stocks & production planning with related depts;
-Excute and control deliveries of customers rebates, sales promotions etcs in fixed time;
Job Requirement:
-More than 1 years related working experience preferred;
-Experience in multinational company preferred;
-College graduate or above;
-Good computer skill;
-Good English at reading & written
-Good communication & service attitude;
