Position: TOD (Talent & Organization Development) assistant in HR department

 Attribute: Intern

 Work Location: Pudong District, Shanghai

 Job Responsibilities:

 1. Assist in Talent and Organization Development projects, such as information collection, analysis, documentation, etc.

 2. TOD projects implementation and facilitation.

 3. Specific study in some domains, such as competency, coaching, HR practices, etc.

 4. Other supportive affairs.

 Requirements:

1. MBA or postgraduates with working experiences.

2. Major in HR Management, Marketing, Economics, or related field.

 3. Have about 2-3 years' working experience in Human Resources.

 4. Intern duration is about 6-12 months.

5. Honest, open, self-driven character.
