Job Description

Responsibilities

* Work as a team member under the supervision of engagement manager or

partner in various strategy and corporate finance consulting engagements

* Conduct fact-based market research and analysis via secondary and

primary sources to identify strategic issues, formulate hypotheses, perform

analysis and provide recommendation in the form of a report

* Work along with the client team if necessary to provide valuable

advisory support

* Assist the senior members of the firm in proposal preparation and

client business development

Requirements:

* 3-5 years relevant working experience including significant

experience in China

* Prior experience in strategy consulting, business development,

investment analysis, and/or market research

* Prefer candidates with at least 2 years experience in strategy

consulting with reputable consulting firms

* Good communication skills with excellent command of spoken English

and Mandarin

* Minimum bachelor degree from a reputable Chinese or International

School, prefer candidates with MBA degree

* Prefer candidates who are analytical, responsible and smart

Sr. Corporate Finance Consultants/Corporate Finance Consultants

Job Description

Responsibilities

* Work as a team member under the supervision of engagement manager or

partner in various corporate finance and M&A advisory engagements

* Participate in or lead the whole process of deal

sourcing/origination, deal execution (target identification, structuring,

negotiation etc.) and post-deal support

* Responsible for preparing business plan or placement memo

* Assist the senior members of the firm in proposal preparation and

client business development

Requirements:

* 3-5 years relevant working experience including significant

experience in China

* Prior experience in investment banking, private equity, M&A

advisory, business development, and/or strategy consulting

* Prefer candidates with at least 2 years experience in investment

banking or private equity with reputable firms

* Good communication skills with excellent command of spoken English

and Mandarin

* Minimum bachelor degree from a reputable Chinese or International

School, prefer candidates with MBA degree

* Prefer candidates who are independent, resourceful and

entrepreneurial
