Overview of the Summer Analyst Experience at UBSS

We provide world-renowned advice and execution services to corporations, financial sponsors and hedge funds. Deal coverage ranges from conception to placement, globally.

Our advisory group specializes in assistance with and leadership of all aspects of transactions, from negotiating and structuring deals to coordinating due diligence, performing company valuations and communications. Our capital markets and leveraged finance teams arrange the execution of equity and debt issues worldwide.

We excel at building trusted long-term relationships with our clients. A partnership approach ensures that innovative ideas and creative solutions can realize their full potential.

Our Training Program

We offer a ten-week structured summer internship program which is a vital tool in our recruitment process. You will work alongside some of the brightest and best, learning about our organization, a specific business area, our clients and the products and services we offer. Throughout the ten weeks, events are run to ensure your experience is packed with learning, training and networking opportunities. Evaluation will also be a serious element of the programme and if successful, we will offer you a permanent graduate position for the following year.
