Position: Part-time Assistant (Urgent!)

Note:
1. This is an urgent case; we hope candidate could start to work as early as possible.
2. The working period is 6 months. In this period, candidate should be able to work for 8 hours a day, and 5 days a week.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for provide all logistics of events including ordering services, liaising with all stakeholders, updating guest list, sending invitations to guests, and acting as coordinator and information centre for all interested parties.

Qualifications:
1. Good command of English & Chinese in both written & spoken
2. Good computer skill such as MS Office: Excel, Word, PPT, etc
3. Good communication skill & Strong coordination skill
4. Integrity, passion and team spirit
5. Both Chinese and Foreigners are acceptable.
