Job Requirements:
Bachelor degree with Mechanical/Electrical background
Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
This position requires frequently traveling by air and by car.
Can work independently.
Job Responsibility:
Respond to customer request for on-site technical support , New technology installations, training and support.
Troubleshoot product problems on-site
Support Applications Engineers in design related issues
Provide input for Applications Notes to Product Engineering.
Provide information to Account Manager and Product Marketing on use of products and competitive situation I In the accounts.
Provide input to Product Engineering for periodic maintenance.
Input best practices for customer applications into CAPPS ad maintain the data for the products.
