Local Manufacturing Assistant 国内加工部助理

工作地点：广州花都区（Shuttle Bus，提供广州-花都班车）

Responsibilities：

u        Manage assets and local manufacturing inventory and maintain minimum inventory;

u        Assist to manager in carrying out daily business and administrative activities;

u        Assist in communicating with other departments, government and customers.

 

1. 公司存货管理及国内加工部账单管理；

2. 协助部门经理完成日常业务及其他行政事务；

3. 保持与其他部门、政府机构、客户良好沟通；

 

Requirements：

u        Female;

u        College degree graduated;

u        Excellent knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and the other PC application;

u        Good telephone and interpersonal communication skills;

u        Fluency in spoken and written English;

u        Able to work independently.
