实习生可选择工作全天、半天或者每周工作两到三天,可根据实际情况弹性安排。

Key Responsibility主要职责:

1. Develop business in East China.

2. Search suitable candidates according to the job descriptions of our clients;

3. Screen CV strictly;

4. Interview candidates to see if they can meet the requirements of clients;

5. Arrange candidates to take the interview;

6. Follow up

Requirements要求

Bachelor degree or above; 本科以上学历(专业不限,MBA优先考虑, 男女不限)

Related experience in working with a search firm is preferred 有猎头工作经验者优先考虑

Have a good network of contacts and knowledgeable of the labour market.

对人才市场有一定的了解,有很好的人际网络关系

Possess good interaction skills. 有较强的交际能力

Proficiency of both oral & written English; 英语口语流利,6级以上

Good command of communication skill; 较强的沟通能力

Persuasiveness, self-confidence, enthusiasm, patience, persistence; 较强的说服能力,自信,热情,耐心,有毅力

With strong commercial sense; 有很强的商业意识

Good image with nice characteristics; 形象好,气质佳

With strong leadership skill and organization skill; 较强的领导能力和组织能力

Willing to work under pressure. 愿意在压力下工作
