Responsibilities:
1.Coordinate with internal departments and global distribution center in daily operation;
2.Assist Operation Supervisor in delivery documentations and follow up shipment process;
3.Collect and analyze customer contact and payment track data, and report to Sales Manager;
4.Support marketing activities;
5.Assist Sales Manager in admin work.
Qualifications:
1.College above, concerning working experience is better;
2.Fluent English both in spoken and written;
3.Excellent computer skills especially in Excel.
Competency:
1.Strong sense of details and high responsibility;
2.Good communication skill.
