Main Tasks:
-Coordinate and organiza various meetings, events, schedules for GM
-Arranging business travel, accommodation and meetings for GM
-Answer telephone and handle mails, format, type and edit vaious files including presentation slide, table, letter, memo, reports
-Assist GM for cross functionsal communication
-Keep all files in order
-Accomplish other tasks assaigned by GM
Operation Area:
Internal: Within Sales Organisation
External: HQ, IDD, HR, FAM, Production
Skill/Qualification Requirements:
-University degree or above
-Management or Finance or Economy preferred
-1-2 years related working experiences or internship experience is prefered
-Excellent in Microsoft Excel, Word and PPT
-Good interpersonal and communication skills
-Proactive and quick leaerner
-Self-disciplined and "Can do" attitude
-Organized and great attention to details
