Position Summary:
This position is of limited tenure, not to exceed four (4) months . The intern will support the Legal Resources Department in the area of Corporate Support which includes the areas of Contract Review, Intellectual Property and Corporate Documents. Additionally, the intern may take on relevant legal research and other assignments as may be assigned. The position will be under the supervision of Legal Supervisor.

Primary Responsibilities:
1.Assists in the administrative routing and filing of contract review requests;
2.Preliminarily checks the quality of translated documents and ensure consistency between Chinese and English versions;
3.Preliminarily reviews standard form contracts submitted for significant variations ;
4.Collects and consolidates comments from the Contract Review Team and provides draft Comments Memo/Redline ;
5.Agreements for Legal Supervisor review;
6.Preliminarily reviews revised contracts for final approval by Legal Supervisor
7.Supports in the legal research in the area of Corporate Law focusing on the setting up of new legal entity and/or expansion of business scope of existing entity;
8.Maintains and organizes documentations necessary for official filing/registration;
9.Other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements:
1.Law graduate students in an accredited university ;
2.Proficiency of using knowledge and skills learned in school and gained through other internship experiences;
3.Excellent research and writing skills;
4.Proficient in English and Chinese both oral and written ;
5.Good command of computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and etc.);
6.Strong work ethics.
