Job Title:            Ceramic Engineering Manager

Reporting to:             Operation Director

Main Responsibilities:

·            Responsibility for engineering design and support of Operations;

·            Create and maintain routings for Navision;

·            Provide control for all manufacturing changes including notification of changes to quality, purchasing and cost accounting;

·            Perform product/process analysis for cost reduction, quality improvement and improved efficiency;

·            Maintain process documentation, operating procedures, test specifications and component drawings;

·            Develop process controls that reduce process variability and improve overall yields;

·            Continuous monitoring of all processes;

·            Provide technical support to ongoing production and sales service;

·            Optimize manufacturing processes to provide sustainable gains in cost reduction and product performance through capital projects, designed experiments and procedural changes;

·            Work with customers and vendors to provide technical solutions and transfer them to production according to requirements;

·            Provide Technical support to die design to insure proper tool size and design;

·            Coordinate with maintenance to insure adequate preventative maintenance schedules for critical equipment;

·            Coordinate Environmental, Health & Safety program;

·            Provide monthly & annual safety training and make preventive planning & corrective actions;

·            Lead ergonomics improvements and review.

Qualification & Experiences:

·            Bachelor’s degree in engineering, material related fields preferred;

·            Experiences working in ceramic industry and knowledge of ceramic manufacturing process required;

·            Fluent English (reading and writing skills) and Chinese Mandarin;

·            Sensitivity to a bicultural (Western and Chinese) business environment;

·            Strong communication skills interacting with customers and all levels of an organization;

·            Working experience in multinational companies (U.S. or European company) preferred;

Job Title:            Finance Manager  

Reporting to:             President and General Manager

Main Responsibilities:

·            Provide accuracy & timeliness of financial numbers in financial statements and reports including quarterly and annual tax reports, property tax reports, and make tax planning & coordination;

·            In charge of maintenance, reporting & management of Information System;

·            Responsible for Accounts Receivable – Collection, Accounts Payable – Priority, Payroll, Fixed Asset and Inventory & Cost Accounting;

·            Prepare required reports and filings for statutory social benefit accounts for employees;

·            Work as Custodian of Financial Wealth & Cash Reserves;

·            Responsible for Financial Management including Operating Capital & Cash Management, Proforma Analysis & Financial projections (tax, cash & profit), Line of Credit, Credit Policy, Cost Savings Initiatives and Inventory Reduction;

·            Maintain good relationship with banking institutes;

·            Establish Budgets & Accountability;

·            Analyze and review project and provide Capital & Project Investment & Leasing Options;

·            Coordinate Open Book Management;

·            Conduct strategy & purchase of Futures for business purposes;

·            Responsible for Human Resource and Administration management of Benefits for Employees & Company, IT management, Workers Compensation Insurance and Renewals, Workers Comp filings & compliance, Medical and Dental Insurance administration & renewal, Group Life for Salary Group, Safety reporting & compliance and Employee Dispute resolution;

·            Oversee General and Product Liability Insurance;

·            Administer company and employees’ insurance programs;

·            In charge of Sexual Harrassment, Discrimination and Family Medical Leave Act compliance;

·            Coordinate Pay Level System.

Qualification & Experiences:

·            At least 5 years finance managerial working experience, plus finance, accounting and auditing experience;

·            Familiarity with China GAAP, and US GAAP knowledge and experience a must;

·            Team management experience and ERP experience;

·            Work experience with multinational companies highly desirable;

·            Strong knowledge and experience in internal control;

·            Fluent English (reading and writing skills) and Chinese Mandarin communication skills;

·            Sensitivity to a bicultural (Western and Chinese) business environment;

·            A good team player with good characters – honesty with high level of personal  integrity;

·            Ability to work closely with other functions of the business;

·            Ideally have experience with manufacturing setting (or auditor experience focusing on manufacturing business);

Job Title:        Quality Manager

Reporting to:  Operations Director

Main Responsibilities:

·            Responsible for establishing, managing and continually improving the quality system;

·            Work closely with customers on specifications, customer service and trouble shooting;

·            Manage and handle Customer Complaints;

·            Visit customers as appropriate and proactively discuss issues with Customers for troubleshooting;

·            Responsible for quality certifications (ISO) program;

·            Maintain internal audit system and train internal auditors;

·            Provide quality system training;

·            Coordinate preventive & corrective action processes;

·            Responsibility for Quality Planning including control plan, FMEA, etc.;

·            Assist with process and product design, as well as documenting and defining process;

·            Take accountability for cycle time reduction, process mapping and product & process capability;

·            Drive continuous improvement;

·            Assist with troubleshooting and root cause analysis to ensure the quality of all products;

·            Establish and maintain product verification program;

·            Review contracts for specifications and capability;

·            Responsible for tracking and leading efforts to reduce quality costs through collection of data & analysis, yield improvements with yield analysis & trends, lead of quality cost reduction program;

·            Responsible for the hiring, retention, training and team development, discipline, admin, termination of all QA employees;

·            Provide direction to technicians and follow up with assignments;

·            Train people using the job level system and tackle administrative issues in the quality team, such as paychecks, vacation, hiring, evaluation, discipline.

Qualification & Experiences:

·            Five to ten years working experience in function and two years in a similar role within a manufacturing environment;

·            Working experience in multinational companies (U.S. or European company) preferred;

·            Bachelor’s degree in engineering, material related fields preferred;

·            Experiences working in ceramic industry highly desirable;

·            In depth knowledge of statistical techniques and quality improvement tools;

·            Familiarity in quality systems and processes a must;

·            Sound understanding of ISO certifications with the ability to audit all areas of system requirements;

·            Fluent English (reading and writing skills) and Chinese Mandarin communication skills;

·            Sensitivity to a bicultural (Western and Chinese) business environment;

·            Strong communication skills interacting with customers and all levels of an organization;

·            A good team player with good characters – honesty with high level of personal integrity;

·            Advanced technical degree or MBA would be a plus.
