Position 1: Commercial Leadership Program – Intern

General introduction:

The Commercial Leadership Program(CLP) is an intense 2-year entry-level development program requiring 3 rotational assignments in key sales and /or marketing roles to accelerate the growth and development of exceptional talents. It Prepares candidates for a successful career in sales or marketing by providing the opportunity to learn about our products, industry, and customers while making valuable contributions to the organization. With a dynamic sales curriculum and structured assignments, program members can harness their outstanding communication, leadership, and technical skills to develop and demonstrate an understanding of quality customer partnerships.

CLP Program Job Specifications:

1)Will have three 6-8 months assignments in different sales / marketing roles, which cover different products / regions / customers in China. (Mainly located in Shanghai/Beijing/Guangzhou/Chengdu area)
2)Closely work with customers to understand their needs and provide suitable products to address those needs
3)Build strong relationship with local distributor, end user or design institute under different sales scenario
4)Strictly follow internal policy and GE compliance standard
5)Will travel within and across the region

Job Qualifications:

1)1-2 years experience in sales related area or fresh graduates with Bachelor/Master Degree, working experience & majored in Electrics/Electronics/Lighting Source are preferred.
2)Passionate in sales career, willing to take challenge roles and work under pressure
3)Geographic mobility all over China; willing to travel
4)Strong communication & interpersonal skills, good team player
5)Demonstrates GE value and leadership potential
6)Fluent in English is a plus


Position 2: Technical Leadership Program – Intern

Location : Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou

Reports To : Assignment Leader / Program Manager




Program Job Specifications:

1)Will have three assignments in different commercial functions of industrial product lines, which cover sales, applications, product management roles, possibly in different region & countries (mainly in Shanghai, Beijing and Guangzhou)
2)Closely work with customers to understand their needs and provide suitable products/technical advice to address those needs
3)Build strong relationship with local distributor, end user or design institute under different scenario
4)Other projects and measurements defined by assignment leaders
5)Strictly follow internal policy and GE compliance standard
6)Will travel within and across the region


Job Qualifications:

1)0-2 years experience in sales, application engineering or product management fields of electrical equipment / component products.
2)Bachelor/Master Degree, majored in Electrics/Electrical Engineering.
3)Passionate in sales, application or product management career, willing to take challenge roles and work under pressure
4)Geographic mobility all over China; willing to travel
5)Strong communication & interpersonal skills, good team player
6)Demonstrates GE value and leadership potential
7)Fluent in English is a plus
