Responsibilities:

1、Independently work to fulfill recruitment cases by understanding specific recruitment needs, identifying effective.
2、recruitment channels, conducting screening and interviews, getting right candidates.
3、Leading recruiting projects, such as Summer Intern Program, Management Trainee recruitment, etc.
4、Conduct Recruitment data analysis to improve recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
5、Use and explore efficient recruiting channels such as Website, newspaper, headhunter, etc.
6、Make the recruitment weekly progress report to HR Director.

Requirements:

1、At least 2 years recruiting experiences, MNC experience is preferred.
2、Well versed with HR practices, labour law, labour policy and procedure.
3、Excellent organizational, communications and coordination skills.
4、Highly motivated, persistent, results driven.
5、Good command of English and Mandarin both in writing and speaking.
6、Good PC skills (Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint).
