    Position Title:    Application Engineer
       
    JOB Description:
    This vision application engineer should be specialized in paper, nonwovens, plastics film and metal Web Inspection, and should be to assist within the sales process of their products by understanding the needs of their customers, testing samples, establishing a system architecture in collaboration with their engineers in France and performing on site demonstration.
   
    Education: bachelor or masters degree electronics or mechanics background
   
    Core Competency:
    * Excellent English in reading, writing, able to work in an English environment；
    * Professional, confident and patient. Strong sense of responsibilities;
    * Knowledge of vision industry such as Congnex, Wintriss Lasor is a plus；
    * Good technical presentation and communication skills;
    * Good interpersonal skill to work well with customers and internal teams;
    * Teamwork and hard working;
    * Continuous improvement and Innovation；
    * Proactive and be able to work under pressure；
    * Willing to take challenges and travel in short notice.
   
    Main Responsibilities:
    * Technical presentation of product features to potential clients in supporting the sales team and distributors;
    * Provide on-site installation, general technical support to the clients in China, both in terms of products and applications, identifying, analyzing and solving client’s problems;
    * Report complex issues and customer feedback to headquarters and assist the engineers in headquarters to find a suitable solution;
    * Technical training of client’s personnel on proper selection and use of products for specific applications;
    * Provide appropriate training to customers and new colleagues on companys products as required;
    * Assist on the payment follow up, including cooperation /communication with headquarters and customer;
    * Participate in Marketing and Technical Benchmarking activities on products of competitors.
