具体职责描述如下:
Conduct office administration work, including office management, scheduling meetings, answering phone calls, and reception of guests.
Main Responsibilities: 1. Initial point of contact for all associates and visitors contacting the Asia Sourcing Office 2. Perform administrative duties including, but not limited to: switchboard handling, company van arrangement, payment request handling, hotel booking and list update for Southern China 3. Assist the Human Resources Assistant Manager and Staffing Manager with the on boarding process for new associates 4. Responsible for the coordination of monthly associate celebrations and other company events as scheduled
Job Requirements: 1. BS in Business Management or related field preferred; recent graduates will be considered. 2. Knowledge of computer keyboarding and filing is required, as well as strong interpersonal communication skills and effective decision-making capability. 3. Most possess a strong desire to work in a service-oriented capacity. 4. The ability and desire to perform verbal and written interaction with associates and visitors is also required.
