Responsibilities:
1.To be responsible for providing general career counselling to students;
2.To be responsible for the delivery of the Career training course to students;
3.To be responsible for collecting data/statistics of students and employers in the daily CS operation;
4.To be responsible for the updating and maintenance of the CS Website
5.To be responsible for the Career Information Research;
6.To plan, prepare training material and deliver CRAC training course to students/graduates;
7.To provide general career counseling to students/graduates;
8.To collect data/statistics of Student Internship/Job Placement when working with member employers;
9.To update and maintain CS website based on regular communication with local centre, key partners and employers;
10.To do a regular Career Information Research, collecting, categorizing and analysing career related information, and release to CS website and bimonthly newsletter;
11.To assist director and manager of the career service department in whatever matter related to career services.
Requirement:
1.Bachelor Degree or above with fluent English in terms of writing and speaking; Majored in HR or Education is preferable Overseas education background is preferable;
2.1-2 years experience in HR or teaching; Have prior qualifications, training and experience in a relevant field (e.g.: teaching, human resources, psychology and career counselling);
3.Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills;
4.Good research and information management skills;
5.Multi-culture awareness;
6.Good knowledge of career development and planning.
