上海恺杰汽车塑料零部件有限公司为中美合资企业，于2005年8月1日正式挂牌成立。投资双方为美国Key Plastics公司与上海杰华汽车饰件发展中心，后者是延锋伟世通集团全资子公司，注册资金为7000万人民币。现有从业人员近350人，主要生产汽车零部件注塑/气辅注塑、涂装等产品。2007年完成销售额1.8亿，实现纯利润1600多万。公司现有国内客户为上海大众、上海通用、北汽控股、东风集团、延锋伟世通、延锋江森、延锋百利得等，国际客户又Nissan、SIEMENS、Visteon 等欧美大型跨国集团。

公司新建成的办公和主生产地坐落在上海浦东康桥工业区内，占地2万平方米左右，2006年投资2000多万引进了两条全自动的涂装生产线，2007年投资3000万引进5台先进的注塑机，以生产出口产品为主，2008年我们还将投资2000万建设第三条涂装生产线，届时我们将用一个崭新的面貌迎接新的挑战。

Shanghai Key Automotive Plastic Component Co.,Ltd.is a joint venture established by and between Key Plastics, LLC and Shanghai Jiehua Automotive Trim Development Center, with a shareholding of 50.1% and 49.9%.

    As a specialized automotive components supplier Shanghai Key supplies interior and exterior molder, painted and assembled components.

Founded in 2005 and with a total investment of 70 million RMB, Shanghai Key is headquartered in Pudong Kangqiao Development Zone with an additional molding facility in Shanghai Chunshen area.

Key Plastic owns the global resources of leading edge design, engineering and manufacturing, and Jiehua has many years of JIT supply experience to leading automotive OEMs and strong domestic relationships and presence in China.

    As a strong combination, Shanghai Key focuses to offer world-class engineering, design, manufacturing and quality for automotive components specialized in the areas of interior and exterior decorated products.
