C&B manager

Position:                                                    Manager, HR reporting and Projects

Reporting to:                                          HR Director, Asia

Location:                                                   Shanghai



• Reporting to CR Asia HR director, this position will be the point of contact for HR reporting, C&B data management and Project roll outs at Asia level.  The candidate will be an active and critical part of CR Asia HR team, help build up HR excellence in CR Asia, especially on C&B practices.  The candidate will participate and contribute to HR policy making at Asia level, also coordinate events at China as well as Asia level according to project needs.

• Build and manage a central C&B database for Asia CR, starting with Asia HQ and China.  Work with country HR managers, Finance team as well as Nancy Koh to ensure timely accurate HR reporting on a monthly basis.

• Work close with the China HRSS team, provide day to day HR generalist and staffing support to staff employees belonging to Asia and China HQ.

• Provide project planning and leadership as well as follow up on HR execution as assigned by Asia HRD



WORK EXPERIENCE AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:



• Education:  Bachelor degree with 5+ years of work experience.  HR degree preferred but not required.  MBA preferred.

• Experience:  C&B and data management experience will be an asset.  Knowledge on strategic C&B, particularly experience with Mercer system highly valued.  Project management skills will be valued.

• Comments:  Fluency in English and Chinese required. The ideal candidate will be a self starter, take ownership on issues, have strong team facilitation skills as well as organization skills.
