Job TITLE/TYPE: Lead order fulfillment specialist

Description:

The objective of the Lead Order Fulfillment Specialist position is to manage the global modality specific product build plan & commercial distribution logistics of the equipment delivery process to ensure business objectives are met.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading new product teams through order fulfillment tasks from pre-M3 deliveries through M4 milestone
Driving revenue recognition risks to closure
Leading equipment delivery quality fulfillment process & driving reduction in missing shipments
Leading shipment coordination process with logistics team
Reconciling product shipment schedule with backlog
Managing finished goods inventory to achieve modality inventory targets
Managing advanced order process with affiliates/suppliers per OPSI requirements

Quality Specific Goals:

Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position
Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines
Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required
Maintaining full Quality System Regulation (QSR) and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMP) requirements
Maintaining full regulatory compliance and other legal requirements Quality specific goal

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree
Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to use Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
US (Country) Specific Qualifications
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States full-time
Must be willing to work in Waukesha, WI (City, State)
Must submit application for employment through (or COS if internal) to be considered
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must be willing to take a drug test as part of the selection process
Must be willing to submit to a background investigation, including for example, verification of your past employment, criminal history, and educational background

Preferred Qualifications:

Operations or project management experience
ERP system user experience
Fulfillment process knowledge
Cross-functional and/or global experience
Understanding of ISOALE/ISOWLE process
Strong analytical ability
GE Leadership Program graduate
Black Belt certified
