Microsoft (China) Ltd’s HR department is seeking a candidate generation recruiters to join its staffing team. This team is dedicated to the hiring of full time and contract staff across the People’s Republic of China.



The staffing function at Microsoft is challenging and demanding, but it’s extremely fun and exciting. Supporting clients in a market where attracting and recruiting the top talent is in short supply means no two days are ever the same.



Specific Position Requirements to include:

?
Sourcing top talent for the Sales and Marketing function.

?
Building an effective pipeline of suitable candidates across a broad spectrum of skill sets.

?
Measures and reports key recruiting metrics to staffing manager for the purpose of managing recruiting effectiveness.

?
Consults with Staffing Manager & HR Generalist internal clients on overall staffing strategy for both the short and medium term needs of the business.

?
Actively determines new and creative sourcing channels.

?
Involves recruiting in a high volume environment. Identify ways to ensure that applicants to Microsoft are treated in a professional and consistent manner, maintaining and improving upon the company’s image and reputation, even when candidates are rejected.




Requirements:

?
Must have a Bachelors Degree at a minimum.

?
Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in staffing / recruiting – ideally executive recruitment.

?
Solid headhunting capabilities, able to proactively source talent.

?
Able to build a network of potential top talents within the sales / IT field.

?
Fluent English speaking and writing skills required. Fluent Mandarin speaking and writing skills.

?
Requires an approachable personal style, effective problem analysis.

?
Strong PC skills in Windows applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

?
Must be a self-starter, able to work independently and as part of a team.

?
Requires strong negotiating, influencing and interpersonal skills.

?
Demonstrated discretion in dealing with highly confidential
