Marketing Assistant (实习生Trainee)

Responsibilities:
1) Assist in planning and executing all marketing activities including exhibition, seminar and other events;
2) Coordinate with advertising, media on marketing communications programs;
3) Assist in producing of customized project proposal and related documentations;
4) Maintain customer and media database and conduct the regular printing distribution;
5) Assist in translation and proofreading of any collateral produced locally;
6) Assist in producing marketing powerpoint presentation as required
7) Assist in preparing supplementary sales literature including press releases, editorial information, etc.
8) Work closely with technical team;


Requirements:
1) University degree/equivalent in Marketing or Business Administration;
2) More than 2 years working experience in multinational company;
3) Working experience in Marketing / Communication / Sales will be a plus.
5) Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and English language skills;
6) High degree of creativity and self-motivation, and the ability to work under pressure;
7) Able to learn technical issues;
