The Swire (Mainland China) General Management Summer Internship Programme
The Programme
The aim of the Programme is to provide internship opportunities for a selected number of outstanding students who are passionate in joining Swire,
in particular our Property, Aviation and Beverages Divisions, to understand our businesses through hands-on experience.
The Programme commences in July 2008 with a duration of 6 – 8 weeks depending on projects involved.
Selected candidates will be posted to one of our group companies in Mainland China to work on a specific project related to Properties,
Aviation or Beverages businesses. They will be invited to Hong Kong to go through a 2-day induction programme to gain a better understanding of the Swire’s core business values, its structure as well as its latest developments. We offer formal mentoring and performance feedback to help you prepare for your future career.
Satisfactory completion of the Programme enables the candidate to gain screening exemptions to The 2009 Swire (Mainland China) Management Trainee Programme.
Requirements
We welcome candidates who
• desire to develop a long-term career in Swire’s Properties, Aviation and Beverages operations in Mainland China
• possess a keen desire to learn and have demonstrated all round achievement in their academic life
Qualifications
• Undergraduates or Postgraduates who will be graduating in 2009 of any degree discipline are welcome to apply
Allowance
• We offer attractive monthly allowance for the Programme.

太古(中国内地) 通才管理暑期实习计划
计划内容
暑期实习计划的目的是为一些经挑选且有志加入太古公司，尤其是地产、航空或饮料部门的杰出学生提供实习机会，透过实际工作经验了解太古在国内的业务和管理经营文化。
计划于二零零八年七月展开，为期六至八个星期不等，視乎所參與的項目而定。
暑期实习生将被派到中国内地其中一家集团公司，参与地产、航空或饮料业务相关的项目工作并有机会到香港出席为期两天的入职培训，
以加深了解太古的核心业务价值，企业架构及最新的发展。我们会为暑期实习生提供正式的个人指导及对他们的表现给予意见，协助他们为未来的长远事业作好准备。
顺利完成计划且表现理想的实习生，如申请二零零九年太古(中国内地)通才管理培训生计划，将可获豁免部分的甄选程序。
所需要求
我们欢迎具备以下条件的学生申请：
• 有志加入太古公司旗下的地产、航空或饮料业务，决心发展长远的个人事业。
• 积极进取，拥有卓越及全面的学业成绩及课外成就。
申请资格
• 将于二零零九年毕业的大学本科、硕士或博士生，不限专业。
津贴
• 暑期实习生可按月获得津贴。
