Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and provide technical materials to customers in line with the needs identified by the Key Accounts Manager.
- Resolve customer complaints in close collaboration with other functional teams such as operation, R&D, marketing and design.
- Provide technical consultation and assistance to various different customers.
Qualifications:
- Major in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering / Material Science
- Working Experience: 0~1 yr
- Language: Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in written form, korean would be a plus
- Personality: Outgoing with good communication skill, team spirit and conscientious careful and self-motivated
