Are you the Right Person?
The post requires an intelligent, hard-working candidate with good oral, listening, and written command of English, excellent computer and organizational skills. Familiar with Microsoft Office is essential and knowledge of working with databases is advantageous. A flexible approach, with the ability to work independently but to liaise and seek guidance when necessary, is also important. The post-holder will need to be motivated, able to juggle a busy workload and have a positive, “can-do” attitude. Strong communication skills and ability to work with an international team is essential. Full training will be given.

Position Title:
Project Assistant

Supervision Received: Project Manager/Senior Consultant

Bonus: Performance-related

Location: Beijing Office

Working Hours: 40 per week, 9.30-18.30 Monday to Friday

Holiday Entitlement: 10 days annual leave per annum

Probation: 3 months

Term of Contract: 12 months in first instance

Position Description:
Help administer the learning and development processes and procedures by assisting team leader with various projects; coordinating for multi-disciplinary team members; and making public appearances on behalf of the company.

Roles and Responsibilities: 
Prepare logistics plans for each course/project.
Full administration, liaison and implementation, on daily basis, for all aspects of courses and projects.
Collect, format and review all course/project materials to ensure accuracy, consistency of design, development and procedures.
Provide on-site assistance for training events.
Maintain databases of contacts, suppliers, participants, and events
Perform cost management support.
Make recommendations with regard to corrective actions, improvements, where necessary.
Undertake any other ad hoc tasks as requested by Team Leaders, Project Managers, Senior Consultants, or Partners; cover for other administrative colleagues on an ad hoc basis.

Competencies and Qualifications:
A bachelor degree is required. Must have a working knowledge of computer setup, Microsoft Office applications. Excellent organizational and communication skills a must. Good oral, listening, and written command of English to be able to work in an international environment. Excellent interpersonal skills. Multi-skilling, multi-tasking and keen to learn. Good professional image.
