Search Expert

Responsibility:
1. Design, implement, and test search engine, algorithms, and rules using Java.
2. Design, implement, and test Java components for data classification, data extraction, and data augmentation.
Qualification:
1. 2+ years of Java development experience. Fluent in core Java.
2. Experience in designing and developing search engine or related software components.
3. In-depth understanding of search indexing, search relevance and other search algorithms.
4. Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and methods for processing large amount of web content.
5. Experience or knowledge of semantic web technology is a big plus.
6. Experience of Lucene or Solr is a plus.
7. Master or PhD degree in computer science or related fields

Crawler/Spider

Responsibility:
1. Responsible for building the biggest and most heavily"meta-tagged" product catalog in our domain.
2. Find little known"off the beaten path" products on little known"out of the way" websites.
3. Work with our team to deliver the best possible experience for our users.
4. Reports to Director of Engineering.
Qualification:
1. Experience in information extraction and integration. Harvesting and extracting information from structured and unstructured data.
2. Familiar with statistical methods for data analysis, such as PMI, HMM, Naive Bayes etc. Natural language processing skills and experience is a big plus.
3. Experience in machine learning algorithms related to search and personalization, large scale web clustering, classification and summarization.
4. Experience in large scale recommendation system, content based recommendation and collaborative filtering.
5. 5+ years experience in Java development, strong programming skills.
6. Experience in Java technology, such as JDBC, servlet, web service. Knowledge of Ruby a plus.
7. Expert knowledge of relational database, performance tuning of large data size, and experience in MySQL is preferred.
8. Experience in test driven and agile software development.
9. Feel comfortable with fast-paced development in the environment of small startup.
10. Experience in large scale crawling, deep web crawling, knowledge of tools like nutch, hadoop a plus.

测试工程师QA

工作职责：
1. 负责功能测试、后台测试及web应用测试。
要求：
1. 两年以上Java及Web测试经验；
2. 熟悉黑白盒测试；
3. 熟练使用bug管理工具Bugzilla等；
4. 精通压力测试和自动化测试；
5. 了解Java&ruby优先;
6. 计算机类本科以上学历；
7. 英文优秀，口语要好

网站运维工程师
职责：
(1) 设计、实施大量web application下的平衡负载解决方案；
(2) 管理数据中心，配置网络、DNS及防火墙；
(3) 合理进行服务器硬件资源配置；
(4) 设计、实施DB、数据存储、数据备份方案；
要求：
(1) 熟悉硬件平衡负载，了解负载平衡法则
(2) 熟悉设立 IP network, switch, router, 和broadcasting network
(3) 熟悉建立 web proxy, firewall, SSL, DMZ, 和其他安全政策
(4) 熟悉数据库服务器, ETL tools， 精通Mysql
(5) 熟悉存储设备,数据分离, data area network, SCSI, 了解Fiber Channel 尤佳
(6) 精通Linux
(7) 精通Linux环境下的application检测工具(Nagios等)
(8) 英文听说读写熟练

Ruby开发工程师

职责：
系统设计、编码实现、以及测试Ruby components和 web applications
要求：
1. 1年以上Ruby开发经验. 熟悉Rails, gem and rake.
2. 精通SQL语言, 熟悉Mysql等相关数据库.
4. 精通Java.
5. 熟悉 JavaScript, HTML, adobe, 了解 Flash尤佳.
6. 熟悉Eclipse(或其他IDE), Linux,SVN等开发环境.
7. 英文听说读写熟练，口语流利
