一.Job Title:
2D Artist
Job Summary:
Create high quality 2D art assets as part of a dynamic interdisciplinary team that has more than 17 years of experience creating top selling games for the Playstation3, Playstation2, Playstation, Xbox, Linux, and PC.
Duties:
- Create detailed illustrations for characters, creatures, visual effects, objects, vehicles, and environments
- Design the overall look and feel of in-game interfaces and heads up displays
- Create in-game 2D assets and 2D animations
- Layout documents and design web pages
Required Qualifications:
- The ability to create and quickly iterate on sketches
- Experience with vector art creation using Adobe Illustrator, Freehand, or Macromedia Flash
- Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop
- Strong traditional and digital art skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to take direction well
- Basic oral and written English
Preferred Qualifications:
- A love for playing videogames and good instincts for game design
- Read comic books and enjoy them as an art form

Duties:
- Create 3D real-time in-game models of characters, creatures, and environments
- Draw detailed concept illustrations of characters, creatures, objects, vehicles, and environments
- Create high quality textures and apply them to 3D models
- Create normal, ambient occlusion, and additional maps using Maya, Z-Brush, or Mudbox
- Sculpt highly detailed 3D meshes from reference photos or sketches and invent necessary fine-grain details
Required Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to model and texture characters, vehicles, and environments
- Knowledge of modern mapping techniques such as normal maps, ambient occlusion, parallax mapping, and shaders
- Experience with 3D modelling and texturing using Maya
- The ability to quickly iterate on sketches to visualize concepts
- The ability to create art work that meets the particular artist style of each of our games
- Strong traditional and digital art skills

- Design and implement core systems such as a 3D rendering pipeline or a real-time resource streaming system
- Write highly optimized code to maximize various systems’ performance
- Learn and apply a broad range of leading edge programming, software design, and performance optimization techniques
Require Qualifications
- A love for playing videogames and good instincts for game design
- Bachelors degree, or higher, majoring in computer science, computer engineering or a related field
- A passion for hardware architecture and highly efficient coding practices
- An interest in assembly level optimization and debugging techniques
- A solid understanding of 3D geometry including matrix and vector mathematics
