Small but dynamic foreign company based in Xu Hui district is looking for a Finance/Administration assistant.

Duties include :
despatching and receiving samples,
handling faxes,
petty cash,
bank payments,
correspondence with overseas clients etc.

Applicants should be:
very responsible, detail-oriented, hard-working and have integrity.
A good level of written and spoken English as well as a working knowledge of Word, Excel, Powerpoint are required.
Some relevant experience would be preferable but not necessary.

The company will suit candidates who enjoy team work and can work diligently with minimum supervision in a small office (around 5 staff).

Remuneration includes basic salary, social insurance and performance-based bonus. Exciting opportunities for advancement and development in the company are available to stable and performing employees.
