Resposibilities:
• Qualify vendor base on lead-time， quality， price & services
• Communicate accurately with supplier
• Negotiation with supplier for better price
• Purchase the right material & service from the right suppliers
• Minimize paper inventory
• Understanding the customer requirement
• Understand every machine limitation
• Understand difference-printing processes – flexo， letterpress & offset
• Understand all binding process (saddle-stitch， perfect bind etc)
• Understand in house capability
• Communicate accurately with colleague
• Understand paper size and substrates
• Understand the paper grain direction
• To source suppliers for handwork & accessory
• Obtain completive quote by minimize the paper wastage
Required:
1.Education/Knowledge: Bachelor Degree
2.Experience: min 3 years in mechanical industry and 1 years in purchasing
3.External & Internal Contacts: All dept; Suppliers
4.Special Skills or Qualifications that are helpful:
5.Language Skill, SAP experiences

Salary:between 4500-7000,consider by ur ability
