Position I Software Engineer – 3D Rendering/Framework/GUI
Location: Shanghai, China

Job Description
Developing and maintaining the 3D rendering module, framework and GUI for IC-package-PCB power and signal integrity solution
Qualifications
Must have 3+ years experience in C/C++ programming
Must have 2+ years experience in MFC, document/view architecture
Must have 1+ year experience programming 2D/3D editors/viewers
Must be proficient in .NET and have some win32 API experience
GUI experience must also involve directly accessing and manipulating large databases
Must have examples of optimization experience
Strong experience with Windows platform and some experience on Linux/Unix platforms
BS, M.S. in Computer Science or other related areas
Experience or background in the following areas would be a plus:
- OpenGL
- Tcl
- Programming Linux/Unix based GUIs, such as gtk or Qt.

Position II Software Engineer – CAD/Layout Database

Qualifications
Must have 3+ years experience in C/C++ programming
Must have knowledge of CAD databases in IC package and PCB design
BS, M.S. in Computer Science or other related areas
Experience or background in the following areas would be a plus:
- Experience in parser languages, i.e. lex&yacc, flex&bison, xml, perl, etc.
- MFC, .NET, win32 API
- Tcl
- Experience in Cadence APD or Allegro PCB.

Position III R&D Engineer – Electromagnetic Solver/FEM Meshing

Qualifications

Must have C/C++ programming experience and good software engineering skills
Must be fluent in Finite Element Method or Finite Difference Method for EM simulation
FEM Meshing knowledge/experience is required
Experience in commercial quasi-static and full-wave solvers is a plus
Ability to communicate effectively in conversation, presentations, and written documents
M.S. or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or other related areas


Position IV R&D Engineer – Circuit Simulation

Qualifications
Must have C/C++ programming experience and good software engineering skills
Must be fluent in SPICE algorithm for circuit analysis and simulation
Experience in using commercial circuit simulator (HSPICE/SPECTRE) is required
Knowledge in transmission line modeling and model order reduction is a plus
Ability to communicate effectively in conversation, presentations, and written documents
M.S. or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or other related areas


Position V Signal Integrity Engineer
Location: Shanghai, China

Job Description
Working closely with both RD and Application Engineering teams and responsible for defining and supporting IC-package-PCB power and signal integrity solution including product specification, technical marketing and carrying out customer evaluation and benchmark
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years (5 years for senior position.) SI hardware engineering experience
Proficiency with SPICE circuit simulation, field-solver and time/frequency domain analysis
Solid background in transmission line theory
Familiarity with high-performance I/O technologies such as LVDS, CML, HSTL
Familiarity with package and PCB power delivery network modeling
Experience with HSPICE, HFSS, PowerSI/SIwave, Paksi-E/TPA
Experience in correlating simulation results with lab measurement is a plus
Self motivation, teamwork and strong communication skills
M.S. or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or other related areas
