Now we are looking for a High potential Sales Trainee for China due to assigned by a famous Multinational company from Germany.

This German Group come from the air-technology and drive engineering industry. This group has one-of-a-kind product range of motors and fans that make us the world market leader.

Job Description:

Sales Trainee for China

Reporting to:

Department Manager, Regional Manager and/or General Manager

Candidates:

Graduate Students with a major engineering or natural sciences. Candidates with experience in motor and fan technology and/or electronics are our preferred choice.

Qualification:

Our ideal candidate enjoys selling of technical solutions to our customers successfully. Strong interpersonal and communications skills (oral and written English and Chinese) are required. Candidates with good command of German will be a plus.

Development Perspective:

Candidates have the opportunity to develop within our Chinese sales team up to product expert and/or management levels. According to their performance and talents they can also transfer to other functions and positions in within our Chinese affiliate.

If offered, the candidate will have an opportunity to receive training in Germany and China if he/She has good performance.
