Job Description

Role:
We are looking for a Finance Assistant who is detail-oriented and able to work independently with multi task skill. The position will provide finance operational support to Service Finance Team in part time fashion.
Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
 Assist monthly financial closing
 Account Receivable update and reconciliation with Credit & Collection Team
 Local tax invoice reconciliation with system tax invoice by region
 Purchase Order verification and follow up with operation team
 Ad hoc reporting support 

Requirements:
Minimum College degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics
Proficient in Excel and Word
Minimum one year experience in accounting
Good English reading and writing skill
Responsible, well-organized, willing to learn and able to work under pressure
Working days: 4days in the first week of one month and 2-3 days per week in other weeks
