职位职责:Summary:
1. Develop, maintain and improve HR related procedures in staffing, C & B functions;
2. Coordinate with department head for H/C planning and take effective and efficient recruitment action for approved personnel; go through hiring procedure for confirmed candidates;
3. Keep and maintain associate files; maintain all necessary personnel information in the HR Information System; Generate related reports regularly;
4. Maintain associate's attendance records to make sure the working hours are accurately collected;
5. Keep and maintain Job Descriptions and updated organization chart timely.
6. Other tasks assigned by superior.
