Job Requirements

- Experience on Web Application & J2EE
- Programming skills: Java, Web Services & SOA, HTML, JavaScript, Web2.0
- Good knowledge of Portal
- Good knowledge of Content Management
- Software engineering knowledge & experience
- Bachelor or master degree in computer science or equivalent experience
- Excellent written/spoken English

Personal Qualities

- Good communication skill
- Good teamwork spirit
- At least 3 working days per week
- Self-motivated and good leadership
- Quick learner
- Creative thinking

Others as Plus

- Knowledge for IBM products: WAS, WPS, DB2, Rational,
- Agile development experience
- Globalization development knowledge & experience, Unicode
- Technical writing, patent filing
