1）Lead Hardware Engineer


Responsibilities:
" Provide product engineering input, work to develop and build hardware products
" Component selection
" Generate CAD library for products
" Create schematic designs for new products
" Design rule checking, generate BOM and specific placement and routing for final product design
" Develops test strategies and system check to ensure quality
" Keep soft and hard copies of all product designs, BOM and Work Orders in an organized manner for quick reference and product follow-up
" Work closely with the local contract manufacturer in selecting components & implementing production manufacturing design requirements.


Required Skills and Experience
" BS in Electrical Engineering
" Minimum 4 years experience in systems integration test
" Minimum 4 years experience in board level design
" Experience with Orcad Schematic Capture tool
" Experience with Mentor"Pads" pcb tool.
" Experience working with local contract manufacturers
" Fluent in English
" Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
" Innovative ideas for solving technical glitches
" Good communication skills, both written and oral
" Results orientated with goal driven skills
" Driven to build products that will be recognized publicly as the"best solution"

2）Senior C/C++ Programmer who can design software blocks, write perfect C/C++ code and optimize algorithm down to assembler level.

Job Requirements:



MS in Electrical/Computer Engineering or equivalent

Very strong C/C++ language programming skill

Solid understanding of computer system and CPU architecture

Hardware knowledge is preferred

C/C++/Assembler code optimization capability

DSP/Embedded system experience is preferred

Video codec/processing experience is a plus

Good English oral/written communication skill
