● QA Technician -Package Quality Management （1 ）
Responsibilities:
Packaging material inspection, do the operation for release, on hold or
reject the material in SAP.
Monitor the new version packing material used into process.
Inspect the artworks of new version material prior the printing product
ion and keep file.
Handle the packaging material quality issues on line; prepare the compl
aint reports as well.
Review and update packaging sampling program and test methods.
Work with packaging project Engineer create the packaging material spec
ification and COA format
Work with supervisor to developing packaging material suppliers and han
dle the new packaging material qualification machine test.
Assistant Wrapping team designs the promotion packing.
Provide the packaging testing service for inter-customer.
The records should record the all kinds of the work which relative with
the ISO9001/22000/14001 system.
Requirements:
This position requires a university graduate of packaging Engineering w
ith less 1-year relevant experiences, preferable packaging engineering,
printing engineering, molding development or material engineering. Famil
iar with GMP, HACCP and other QA tools. Project management skill is requ
ired.
The candidate must be a self-starter, highly resourceful and self-motiv
ated, with dynamic proactive work style and with an eye for details.
The candidate is also required to possess good inter-personal and commu
nication skill, as well as negotiation and problem solving skills.
The candidate should also be proficiency in both spoken and written Eng
lish.
