Activity 1: PROTOTYPE & SERIAL MACHINE REALIZATION· Support the Industrial Engineer for the “Machine Specification” definition, integrate all the process and machine character, INERGY STANDARD and UNCHANGEABLE. Validate the final version of specification · Cooperate with Industrial Engineer and Mechanical Design Engineer; from technical side, support the supplier and validate the electric, pneumatic, hydraulic, automatic and HMI design of machine supplier. Ensure the conformity of safety and government regulation for the design and component used by the supplier · Ensure the conformity of PLC programming logic, process control; error management, INERGY STANDARD and UNCHANGEABLE. Transfer the know-how accumulated by INERGY to supplier. · Follow and audit the machine manufacturing (electric and automatic) in supplier · Cooperate with Industrial Engineer, perform the machine acceptance in the site of supplier and the plant of INERGY · Cooperate with Machine Mechanical Design Engineer, with the support of supplier and the plant technician, ensure all the function of machine. Perform the machine automatic system training for plant technician. |
Activity 2 : PROJECT & DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT
· During the project quotation phase, support service manager for the costing of finishing machine and others automatic equipment · Support the blowing process engineer for the automatism in stretching table, mould |
Activity 3: SUPPORT FOR PLANT
· Support the plant during the project or serial machine modification, realize the study and the debugging of electric, automatic and pneumatic · Support the plant for the maintenance of level 4 · According to the requirement of plant, ensure the technical support for productivity, quality, process problem |
