SUMMER INTERN (Building Surveying)

Swire Properties Ltd. is a fast-growing property development company and we are currently seeking penultimate year undergraduates who are interested in the area of Building Surveying during summer. The 7-week internship programme falls within July and August 2008.

Requirements:

· Penultimate year students from Construction Management / Project Management ( 工程 / 項目管理) or other related disciplines

· Demonstrated career interest in property development / management

· Good academic records; active extra-curricular activities, mature and be a good lateral thinker

· Good communication skills (spoken & written), both English and Chinese
